Terms of Service

By accessing or using Stellar Unbound ("the Service"), operated by Stellar Unbound ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Stellar Unbound is a SaaS platform for Amazon FBA sellers that provides:

• Automated product scanning and profitability analysis
• AI-powered product screening (Buy/Watch/Avoid verdicts)
• Inventory tracking and performance analytics
• Buy box monitoring and pricing intelligence
• Integration with Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API)

The Service is currently in closed beta. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time during the beta period.

To use Stellar Unbound, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Have a valid Amazon Seller account to use SP-API features
• Accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy at registration

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at will@stellarunbound.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Stellar Unbound is free during the closed beta period. After the beta, paid plans will be introduced. The following billing terms apply:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law
• We will provide advance notice before any pricing changes take effect
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings — access continues until the end of the current billing period

Beta users will receive early adopter pricing when paid plans launch.

You agree not to use Stellar Unbound to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Violate Amazon's Terms of Service, Seller Agreement, or Acceptable Use Policy
• Access, scrape, or collect data from Amazon outside of authorized SP-API calls
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform
• Use the platform to harm, deceive, or defraud other users or third parties
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

By connecting your Amazon Seller account to Stellar Unbound, you:

• Authorize us to access your Amazon seller data via the SP-API on your behalf
• Confirm that you have the right to grant this access
• Agree that your use of the integration complies with Amazon's terms and policies
• Understand that you can revoke access at any time through Amazon Seller Central

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon. Stellar Unbound is an independent third-party application.

Stellar Unbound includes an AI-powered product screening feature that provides Buy, Watch, or Avoid verdicts. By using this feature, you acknowledge:

• AI verdicts are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial or investment advice
• You are solely responsible for any purchasing or business decisions you make
• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or profitability of any AI-generated recommendations

All content, design, code, and features of Stellar Unbound are the intellectual property of Stellar Unbound and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the platform (such as buy prices and notes). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your data to provide the Service.

Stellar Unbound is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Any data or information provided is accurate, complete, or current
• The Service will meet your specific business requirements
• Any product recommendations or AI verdicts will result in profitable outcomes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellar Unbound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the Service.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at will@stellarunbound.com. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
